Tri-Phase was retained on behalf of the municipality to provide clean-up services at a former Transit Administration and Bus Garage Buildings (combined square footage of 120,000).
The scope of work included the interior and exterior clean-up of the garage building. Tri-Phase removed the debris, grease, smoke and soiling using specialized dry ice blasting equipment. This equipment was also used to clean the exterior and interior of overhead doors, existing walls and hoists, trench drains and grates as well as existing interceptors, metal deck and steel joists. In addition, Tri-Phase completely demolished a separate administration building.
All work was completed on time and within budget.
